I am not able to judge the quality product because I never received the massage chair to the good time. ( I put 3 stars because Alibaba force us to rate to be able to submit ) I can judge the behavior of the seller who act professional one day, then another day who talk about personal problem and act like a victim, who is angry against me because the seller did mistake during she calculated wrong the shipping cost, so the seller canceled my order without telling us. Then create new order because I insist. This company sold me a massage chair without stock. My advice is to order to another company because needed a lot of wasted time to be able to have a full refund from the seller who refused to refund me. The final result was a part refunded by the seller and another part refund by Alibaba but needed to contact the customer service during 2 weeks day and night. So If you want to take the risk to have a problem with this seller and to be able to be refund, the choice is yours.
